Trigeminal neuralgia

A woman who suffered from tooth and facial pain for many years and had all her mandibular teeth extracted by wrong diagnosis of dental problems. After evaluation and diagnosis of trigeminal nerve neuralgia, she underwent surgery.
In this disease, the fifth or triplicate nerve is pressed by vessels and adhesions, causing severe pain and sharpening of the face and teeth.
The treatment is initially medicinal and surgery is performed if no response is given
